“I enjoy educating passive candidates about the reasons why an opportunity could be a great fit for their skillset and career aspirations, both short- and long-term. It is especially gratifying when a talented professional is initially reluctant to pursue a position, eventually agrees it’s worth to keeping an open mind, ultimately gets hired, and months later, calls to express his/her appreciation for being encouraged to pursue the role in the first place.”
