Rick’s responsibilities encompass client and business strategy development, search management, and the direct recruitment of professionals. He began his executive search career with Helbling in 1999, and specializes in facilities management and capital program assignments for healthcare and higher education institutions, cultural organizations, public agencies, and corporations.
His expertise also includes representing general and specialty construction companies, real estate developers, and engineering firms in securing executive financial management and operations professionals.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Behavioral Sciences with a minor in economics from Pennsylvania State University. In his leisure time, he enjoys golfing, landscaping, volunteering, and music concerts.
