Marc Datz

Managing Director

Marc is responsible for client development and leading searches from inception to completion.

He joined Helbling in 1998 and represents a variety of client organizations. He has broad experience in identifying and securing professionals for roles in construction firms, corporations and companies that are PE-backed, institutions of higher education and healthcare as well as community organizations.

Marc has an innate ability to connect with clients and define their executive search parameters based on their organizational goals, mission, and vision. Many of his career successes involve partnerships with human resources professionals.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. In his limited free time, Marc enjoys analyzing the management and performance of sports teams and watching films from many genres.
