Top Traits of Facilities Management Professionals

Facilities management (FM) has grown exponentially in recent years with the initiatives of energy management and sustainability and it is difficult find an organization that is not giving serious attention to managing its facilities in the most time and cost-efficient manner. In recent months, there has also been increased activity in capital projects within certain sectors which has led to organizations seeking FM professionals to manage the oversight of those projects. Securing professionals at all levels of FM is critical as attention has become increasingly focused on the effective management of facilities and capital projects, and the cost-savings.
