Valerie joined Helbling in 2021. She focuses on talent acquisition research, while supporting senior team members on active search assignments. As a Senior Associate, she identifies potential candidates—who are often not looking to make a career change—and communicates the advantages of a new opportunity. This instrumental effort helps to elevate the quality of the candidate pool presented to each client.
Valerie previously worked in a corporate setting as a solutions specialist and credit analyst where she led the Wellness Team to promote a healthier lifestyle within the office and joined the Employee Engagement Team to build employee morale through various activities.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management from Pennsylvania State University. In her non-working hours, Val enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
