Drew joined ZRG Partners in 2015 and has over 15 years of executive search experience. He is a Senior Associate based in the Rochelle Park, New Jersey, office. Drew is a core member of ZRG’s Global Financial Practice. In this role, Drew partners closely with clients across the Industrial Market, primarily focused on growth-oriented middle-market private equity portfolio companies, and helps to align their functional talent needs with their business and investment strategies.
Additionally, Drew has over 20 years of sales experience, having worked for a distributing company, a cable company, and most recently, executive search firms Ken Clark International, Beaker, and The Execu-Search Group. He has handled all search responsibilities, including candidate development and maintaining client relationships.
In his spare time, Drew likes to spend time with family, watch sports, and ride his Harley.
