Helbling has been retained by Sharon Towers, a Life Plan Community, to conduct an executive search to secure an Assistant Director of Facilities Services (AD). Reporting to the Director of Facilities Services, the AD will be responsible for all aspects of safety and upkeep of the physical properties of the facility including maintenance, small construction projects, and security. This individual will supervise all activities and personnel related to facilities management, as well as some administrative work in an office setting. The AD will work closely with the Director of Facilities Services with the opportunity to grow and take on responsibilities in the future as the current Director moves towards retirement.
Sharon Towers is a Life Plan Community nestled on a 28-acre campus in the heart of SouthPark. Founded in 1969 by Presbyterian leaders in Charlotte, Sharon Towers offers independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care for approximately 350 residents. Within walking distance to SouthPark Mall, residents have the best of both worlds with beautifully manicured green spaces for rest and relaxation or the opportunity to enjoy the upscale shops and restaurants just a short walk or shuttle ride away. The residents have multiple living arrangement options from independent cottages, villas, or apartments to assisted living and skilled nursing rooms. With a large capital construction plan, Sharon Towers is heading into an exciting time with construction of new residences and renovations of existing care facilities.
