We are not a “transactional” search firm nor do we have an interest in performing assignments that simply fill voids. Our philosophy is to provide a consultative and collaborative approach to executive search, and our goal is to develop and nurture relationships with our clients in which we come to thoroughly understand their organizations — their structures, objectives, initiatives, internal cultures, and the types of professionals who are successful within them.
While we understand the importance of technology, we also believe in the value of face-to-face, personal meetings. We travel frequently to meet with current, prior, and prospective clients and to conduct candidate interviews.

All intelligence, resources, and contacts are shared through our internal proprietary system, and there is no internal competition among our consultants. We analyze compensation structures, internal cultures, and position descriptions, and we work with client team members to refine recruitment strategies. We emphasize the same straightforward communication with candidates, developing relationships with them to understand their skills, character traits, career motivations, and family dynamics to ensure that all of these complement our client’s role and corporate culture, which promotes the long-term success of the assignment.
As a result of our nearly 25 years of conducting executive searches within our core sectors, we have an extensive network of contacts, which is tapped as an immediate source of referrals and direct candidates. This network is organized within our proprietary, customized system that currently tracks more than 250,000 industry professionals. While this internal system supports our recruitment efforts, we perform new and comprehensive research for each and every search assignment to ensure that we identify all potential candidates.
